The apartment is fully furnished and can sleep up to five adults, the 5th will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), bed sheets and bed covers, three small fans for summer and two oil heaters for winter, Satellite TV, and a safe with a digital code to keep your valuables. Cleaning service after departure is included in the price. The maintenance company provides airport transport for a fee, if required.

There are many restaurants to choose from, some are within walking distance from the apartment and others are a short drive. There is a good supermarket located a short walk from the apartment and there are plenty within a few minutes drive. We provide an information pack with advice and information on things to do, places to visit, important telephone numbers etc.

Torrevieja is the closest big town to Cabo Roig. The name is translated to "old" or "ancient tower" which is found on the north side of the town overlooking the sea. Originally a moorish defence now recently restored, with gardens laid around. It is a popular place for wedding couples to be photographed with the blue Mediterranean as a backdrop.
